From the Plain Dealer's Roger Brown's article today:
"Bowling Green football
head coach Gregg Brandon and several Falcons players will be in Cleveland Monday to promote BG's Sept. 2 game against Wisconsin at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Some interesting story lines about the BG-Wisconsin matchup:
The game will mark the debut of Bret Bilema -RD%>Bielema as Wisconsin head coach. Bielema is succeeding legendary Badgers head coach Barry Alvarez, who retired after last season to focus on duties as Wisconsin's athletic director.
Wisconsin senior offensive tackle Joe Thomas is considered a likely first-round pick in the 2007 NFL draft.
BG has several former area high-school standouts on its roster, including defensive back Loren Hargrove (Berea), defensive lineman Joe Schaefer (Benedictine), linebacker Scott Goodwin (Mentor), linebacker John Haneline (St. Ignatius) and defensive lineman Tommy Smith (Cleveland Heights).
Wisconsin, meanwhile, has local notables Bill Nagy (Hudson, offensive lineman), and defensive linemen Jason Chapman and Brandon Kelly (both from Bedford High). "

You beat me to it Warthog. I was pleasantly suprised to see that in today's paper. Very cool. Nice to see this game finally getting some hype in Cleveland. Also nice to see all the local Cleveland area talent playing at BG.

Freak, it didn't say where or what time this would be going on. It just said BG football players would be in town Monday to talk about the game. Hopefully some media will be there and we can see something on the Clevleand news channels about it. Maybe bgsufalcons.com will post something about how to go this, but my guess would be it's just a media thing.
