Hernias suck...I'm getting one fixed in September. All those years of lifting weights and I get a hernia lugging my wife's big ol' suitcase (which I have dubbed the "widowmaker") out of a hotel elevator.

Built by iron...felled by Samsonite....I feel like such a wuss.

Been there, done that. Had 2 fixed at the same time. A surgical hernia and an umbilical hernia. Had me laid up for about a week, and no lifting anything more than a few pounds for about 6 weeks.
