Per Gregg Brandon (in Fri's Athens paper) we currently have 11 verbals.

Sound like a stud...I am guessing the MAC power they mention him visiting is us and not EMU...LOL

I saw rumored BG verbal, Luke Alexander, Friday night down in Springfield. He has the misfortune of playing with a rather subpar QB who is not accurate at all. Luke appears to have nice hands, catching two or three that he had to scoop off the turf or go up the ladder for. He appears to be quick, but not terribly fast. His team obviously doesn't use him a lot, b/c the win made them 4-5 on the year, although, the league is dominated by Centerville, Xenia, Fairborn and others this year.

Springfield South's offense featured a very filled out, very quick running back. A search on theInsiders.com pulls up nothing for "Nate Miller" or "Nathan Miller" . . . I know it was one game, but he appeared to have D-1 talent as well. Played both ways as safety and running back.

Alexander only plays receiver.

Of the two, Miller was the more impressive.
