SANDUSKY, Ohio (AP) — The mother of a Bowling Green football player who died after becoming ill at practice two years ago has filed a lawsuit against a sports supplement supplier.

Very sad that he died, but it doesn't sound like a very good lawsuit. I would be more concerned about the trainers not responding adequately to his problems, but I don't think GNC will face liability on that one.

Its never good or pleasant when someone dies. Esp at such a young age, but I have to agree suing the suplement company is not the answer.
