Omar #1 in nation

Post by Anonymous »

Not sure if this is mentioned in another thread yet, but Omar is now #1 in the nation for TD's thrown this year at 23, also #1 in nation for least Int thrown with 2 (based on attempts). His Int / TO ratio is #1 in the nation. Omar for Heisman in 05!!!

I just saw him walking on campus with a big smile across his face. Now I know why!!!!

Heck, even John Harris from the Blade has good things to say about Omar.

"At his current breakneck pace, it won't be long before Jacobs becomes the new standard of excellence by which future Falcon quarterbacks are judged."

However, I think he meant to say that it won't be long until the rest of college football uses Omar as the standard of excellence by which all QBs are judged.

I posted something about that same article before 8:00 this morning. The only one who responded to it was my own kid. I feel that people are avoiding me. Maybe I should quit reading the paper in the morning. What do you think?

Yeah, and would it hurt ya to shower once in awhile?? Man, you're as bad as Rightupinthere!!!

Actually, I had meant to post something along these lines over the weekend. It seems like we're getting ALOT of redundant threads going, (esp. regarding attendance!) Not that its a bad thing, but the same arguments tend to come up three or four times in a week, all on different threads, it just starts to get to be too much. For me at least. I think the polls were posted on 5 separate threads Sunday.

Its probably just nitpicking, but checking recent threads, and better subject lines might help streamline some conversations... *shrug*

How dare you question my personal hygiene?

I agree we are getting too many threads on the same subject. Checking previous threads is really the only way to avoid duplications.

Everyone should be like me and read every thread :)

I have a lot of posts, and I very rarely ever start new threads, as there is almost always a thread already there of what I want to talk about.

I think the reason is quite simple. People don't feel like going through pages of threads (lazy) and when they do make a post, they want to make sure people read it so they start a new one.
