We don't know what conditions he ran it in, what surface he ran it on and how it was timed, hand or electronically). Rivals doesn't have astar rating on him, but it seems he did well as a DB at a summer camp in Iowa City.
Flipper,
When I read the article...they mentioned he was going to UT, NOT BG!!. Supposedly listed the "wrong school" in the article... Kind of goofy the way they wrote it... not sure WHERE the heck he's really going. :?

BTW: Guys, I just realized I broke 100 today...and I'm not referring to golf.

They reported UT, but then corrected themselves the next day. He's going to BG.

Forget the 40 times. Most of that kind of thing is inflated nonsense. If you want a good measure of acceleration, and open field running, let's check in on their 100 meter times in high school. One can pretty much assume that most running-backs, wide-receivers, and secondary people were tracksters in high-school, so that kind of info should be available. I'd be a lot more impressed with somebody that ran a legitimate 10.8 in high school than somebody who ran a 4.6 40 (timed by a coach who probably didn't know how to do it).
