About damn time! Wilford is the only one that's been worth a s**t lately, which is really saying something about Jacksonville's talent in their receiving corps. Go Chuck!

Very good news indeed! Good luck to Chuck Sharon. Hope he makes the most of his opportunity and gets a few breaks along the way!

Most likely #3 at each position. The latest depth chart I looked at for them had Cortez Hankton as the #2 at each slot but did not list Matt Jones. Chuck would be behind both Hankton and Jones unless they are not healthy.

Florida Times Union wrote:Their other ailing wide receiver, Cortez Hankton, remained sidelined with a hamstring injury Thursday. Charles Sharon of Palatka, an undrafted free agent who was signed from the practice squad this week, may get his first chance to play.

"I'm excited," Sharon said. "I'm just trying to work on my fundamentals and just make sure I'm catching and blocking, trying to make sure I have a shot to stick around."

Sharon admitted he's nervous about getting a chance, but added, "I'm not worrying about it. Everybody has little butterflies. It's football. It's fun. You've got to keep a level head."

WR Cortez Hankton has been put on Jacksonville's inactive list for today's game.

As a result, Sharon should play and see action against Buffalo. :-D

Chuck got a DNP today. Probably to be expected with Wilford getting healthy for the game and the short time Sharon has been around, but with Hankton on IR and more practice, I'm sure his chances will only get better.
