Where we go from here
Ok, assuming BG beats Marshall and Toledo, and Toledo beats Northern Illinois, who would go to the MACC? A lot have been confused, so those in the know: where do we go from here?
Its not quite as confusing anymore. NIU has to lose to UT *and* EMU the following week, and we need to win out. If NIU wins either of those games, they go to the MACC by virtue of beating us in September.
Indiana, and I'm sure a couple other teams, were eliminated from bowl contention today, so if we DO win out, our chances at an at-large bid are that much better. The way Purdue is going, they have to beat OSU or Indiana at home, both winnable games, but not locks by any means. Northwestern needs to win all but one of their games (I think) to be bowl eligible, and one of them is against Michigan. The Big Ten might still be on track to leave alot of teams home this bowl season.

So now that I've seen huskie's comments in multiple threads, i am getting the feeling that you'd like to see a Marshall BLOW OUT! We'll do our best.HuskieDan wrote:Beating Marshall will REALLY help your cause for a bowl game. Especially an impressive win, if you get my drift.
