To be honest, I hope so. Its not a game I would want to drive up to watch, especially have the incident with Miami. I don't think it would be a loss if the game ended up in scheduling limbo for the next 10 years

We have drawn legit 15K averages before, and we shall again.

We hosted Navy in 1994 -- blew their doors off -- and it was a good crowd, about 22,000, maybe 24,000. We averaged about 22,000 and change that season.

If Boise stays on the schedule (I think they will), I see no reason why this game shouldn't be sold out.
I'd definitely be willing to make the 4-5hr trek up to see Boise at the Doyt. Even if that doesn't pan out I think playing Navy is a great get. I know they aren't a true powerhouse, but they sure have a nice scheme and running game. It would be a great challenge for our defense and an interesting game to watch!
4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!

Seems like BC has played a lot of MAC teams in recent years, lets hope we can push 'em like CMU did last year!

So while my faith is now lacking I will say, if we can turn things around next year, this game could be a great opportunity to take advantage of BC by being the look-ahead game.

After games against Army and UMASS, the Golden Eagles take on the Fighting Falcons one week ahead of the Fighting Irish.
