Indeed.

They deserved an even harder pounding than we gave them, though.

As the third quarter started we made predictions on the final score. I wnet with 63-49. We could have got 63 with that last TD, but our defense played better and held the Herd to just 35.

Then after Keon ran back the INT, my brother-in-law said "I've never been at a game when someone scored 70 points." I was really hoping we could put 70 up in the board against them, but I will take 56. Our pass defense still needs lots of improvement, but our run D was great. :)

I hope the scoreboard guy at UT has his fingers limbered up because I think that game could see both teams score in the fifties!

Brandon was just being a good guy, even though nobody would have objected to destroying them even more

no, im sickened we didnt put up 80. There was an easy 20 points that we should have had between the INT in teh endzone and missed field goal etc.

Im sick of scoring 50 points. WHY DIDNT WE SCORE AT THE END OF THE GAME!? This was one time where it was OK to run up the score.

I thought that Omar being in at the end, meant that we were really going to send them off with a boot...oh well.

This, my friends, was not the best defense in the conference. NO F*ING WAY!!! We drilled them and i never saw anything to indicate taht they were the best, other than Omar being pressured a TINY BIT, whereas he usually sees no one in the backfield.

Nice win boys and it's time to head north and play the kids with the dildo mascot!

GO BG!

Yes it is the best defense. But it does not compare to the best offense.

That was the most fun I have EVER had at a football game, i swear 5 marshall players wanted to meet me after the game because i just harrassed them and their lousy defense every time they came to the sideline.

Congrats on a great win BG!! Its great marshall will have no appearance in our MAC championship. Now, all you have to do is win to fulfill your(ours really) destiny! By the way the philosophy of the MAC is definitly not defense....

I too gave them quite an earfull. #27, W. Smith...he loved us. He invited all of us onto the field to fight him after the game. We told him we just wanted to stay until it was official and we could watch them cry.

Sitting behind the visiting team...it's...well....nothing can beat it! It was a great final game at the Doyt for me...as a student.

You must have been. I gave smith a whole load of trouble, but I do recall him asking someone to come onto the field later if they wanted an autograph. Coulda been you =) I'm glad you enjoyed yourself, but I can't recall seeing ya. We were there most of the game...mostly laughing at a horridly overrated Marshall D.
