I like the first one, myself, but the second one is pretty good, too!

It looked like a perfectly clean hit to me.
Cheap shot? Yes, but still clean. I only saw the board replay, didn't see it on TV from multiple angles, but it looked clean to me.
When there is an INT thrown Offensive players have to be ready for those hits. Similar to the one that Sapp laid on Clifton a few years back. Cheap? Yes. Within the Rules? I think so.

He should have been more aware, but the more I watched the replay, the more it looked like he left his feet and led with the top of his helmet. The fact that the top of his helmet hit McGrady in the earhole, or at least around the head makes it that much more dangerous.hammb wrote:It looked like a perfectly clean hit to me.

Whatever it was, I think we can all just be very relieved that he's all right, and still may play in the UT game, and most likely will be available for a possible bowl game. Leaving the field in an ambulance is no way to end your collegiate career. (Recovering a fumbled kick return inside the 15 is a much better way!
