"He has been here before and will be one of college football's premiere quarterbacks for two more seasons. The sophomore has completed 69% of his throws on the year for 3,222 yards and 32 touchdowns with a mere three interceptions. On a seven-game winning streak, Jacobs has thrown 26 touchdown passes and only two picks as the Falcons have outscored their opponents by a total of 349-114. That's an average of 49.9 to 16-3."
