Where did you see that? I thought BG/Temple was announced a few weeks ago? If I want to tape the game, I guess I'll have to order it on Dish Network. Of course we'll be at the game but I'd like to get the first BG game on the new turf!
It's on the WEWS TV 5 Web site under their "TV Schedule" link. Go the Saturday 9/22 at Noon block and the Akron/Kent game is listed.

On my TV no. ESPNU has Ga Tech @ Virgina on at noon. I have DirectTV and the game is going to be on SNY channel 625 for me... hope this helps!

For those with Dish Network like me, I found the game will be on Channel 460 but must be ordered thru Dish. $21.95. I am going to order it to tape the game. It's part of the Game Plan. I think I paid $14.95 for the Oklahoma game in 2004.
