I was at Western Michigan this weekend. Kalamazoo is a GREAT town, and CMU is closest big college at over 200 miles away, so I'm suprised that WMU can't get the dynamite recruits. I'm not a Bronco fan, but Kalamazoo is certainly a happening place.

I feel really bad for Eastern. Those photos were really depressing to look at. I know they are on the rise as a program (see this month's Sporting News), but I just don't see how any recruit would want to go Eastern (when UM is just next door) and live in one of Detroit's dirtiest areas. I think this is one of the reasons Eastern hasn't been successful. Face it, if you had your choice of WMU, CMU, and EMU.....EMU would be the last place you'd want to go.

Wow.

Not even BGSU hosting Ohio at the end of the 1995 season was as bad as that. Close, but not that bad.

I mean, normally there are at least groupies hang'n with the band. And folks think we have it bad when we play against an OSU game on TV.

And Marshall vs. WMU? You can spin their turn-out a number of ways.
