NCAA Football 09 team ratings
I see these screenshots are for Xbox 360, I wonder if it will be the same for PS3 too? My guess is probably yes. This is disappointing as I also thought this year they would finally have all the stadiums correct after this long. It's amazing how some of the details for some of the stadiums are so accurate that they almost look most like a picture of the real thing with hills, trees, buildings, lights, grandstands, endzones, scoreboards, etc., that really do appear by the stadium ( http://www.operationsports.com/mediavie ... 7&page=103 ). Then you have just a few that aren't correct at all. Glancing at some of the MAC stadiums there, it looks like schools like Ball State, Akron, WMU and EMU are correct while BG, OU and CMU are generic stadiums that look the exact same. For those of us disappointed in this again, we need to find the contact information for the design department and let them know our thoughts.
GO BG!!!
If they didn't put the real Doyt in this year's game, my guess is that we'll never see the real Doyt in there.
The reasoning in the past couple years was that it took so long to get them that they couldn't get them all done in a year. Well, last year there were only 10-15 that were not correct in the game. I'll bet they didn't fix any of those that weren't correct.
I think I'm skipping this year's iteration anyhow. I don't play enough to buy both NCAA & Madden anymore, and I bought NCAA last year. This year I'll probably buy just Madden.

Man, from driving by, walking in, or sitting in stadiums for games, I can personally attest to the accuracy of the stadiums for Washington, Boston College, Clemson, and Tennessee. Wow! Those ones look picture perfect from what I remember!

PS3 Players 60 fps
Good news...well, coming from EA, who the heck really knows if it's true or not. Anyhow, 60fps will be the case for the PS3, unlike the 08 version. I'm still pissed about the staduim though!
I just found a link to all of the team ratings in the game. It looks like BG has the best team in the MAC in NCAA 09.

Not saying that I don't trust EA's overall analysis of the teams in NCAA 09, but definitely got some bones to pick:
Best team in the MAC: WMU. Followed closely by ... NIU??? And NIU has the same overall rating as Minnesota, Kansas, Boise State, Duke, Rice, Texas A&M, Wake Forest, NC State, Minnesota, Kentucky, Boston College (are you serious?), Washington State, UCF, Hawaii, and Oregon State???
Kansas, the overall 53rd team in the country??? With an offense of 81 and a defense of 78??? (For comparison, our defense was 80). Man, somebody didn't watch Kansas play at all last year and didn't see how many are returning from that team!
Miami (FL) at 18th best overall? Above West Virginia and Alabama? WVU and 'Bama on the exact same level as Ole Miss, Arizona, Purdue, Auburn, Cincinnati, Michigan, and VT? I could see all but Ole Miss on the same level, but geez, all those guys are tied for 19th in the nation!!
And a tie for 5th with a rating of 94: Florida, Missouri, Florida State (huh?), and USC? Wow ... that's some kinda poor analysis, I believe.
However, through all of that, I'll probably still buy the game.](/img/ayziggyzoomba/58/58/54314911ff35ed959956620e68458f73.gif)
