Hambb,
That's perhaps because, for logical reasons i.e. not being Born yet , that you missed the FIRST Purdue game; First Big 10 school EVER played, and another preseason highly ranked team, picked by many to WIN the B-10 that year. A truly MAJOR upset, even more so than the more recent one, if for no other reason that we'd now proven we could play with, and beat, the "big boys".
Education our Challenge, Excellence our goal. (look it up)

Likewise. Still my favorite day at a BG game.

I live and work in Purdue country (Indiana). Thank you for the footage. I'm getting lots of fun out of playing it over and over at work. The IU alums get a real kick. I'll be rooting for Toledo :finga: only one time this year. Go Rockets! Beat Purdue! Seeing Purdue go down to Toledo would "Hurt Soooo Good!".

Purdue will outscore UT. I'll be happy, but then Tiller will make some rude comment about their coach using snake oil! LOL
4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!
