Tailgate lot for Pitt...

Post by Falconfreak90 »

How about some good news now?

For all those heading to Pitt, we have a special lot set up for BG fans past Lot 23 on Allegheny Ave. Look for the orange signs that say "Falcon Nest Parking" and we have room for 200 cars. There is also a place to buy ice right next to the lot. I'll have my BGSU flag flying over the silver Ford Freestyle so you can't miss it.

Let's put the bad sh*t aside and look forward to a great BG win.

GO FALCONS!!!

Excellent. If you put this together (or whoever did), OUTSTANDING work!

And if it's something the lot does every game for visitors, that's kinda cool, too.

I think we should be getting there shortly after 9 with brats and beer in hand. Most lots down there are pretty strict about the no glass bottles rule, so if you plan on imbibing, make sure you bring some cups.

49 more hours to kickoff!

Looks like about a 2 min walk from the Springhill suites to the lot, so depending on when I get my butt out of bed, I could be there real early. Might have to leave my wife behind and go back and get her for the game.

How are the cops in PA? :-D I think I can get by doing 75 on I 76 in Ohio thru Ytown. All I need is some TESLA blaring thru the speakers and the pedal will be slammed. C ya then!

Maybe if you are a world class sprinter. Probably more like a 15min walk from your hotel to past Lot 23.

Freak - thanks for the info! I am hoping to get down there by 8 to 8:30. It all depends on the kid's wake up time.

On Google maps, you can zoom right down to tree-top level of this neighborhood.

Is the lot the one with the blue vehicle exiting?

Matching maps up, I think it's this one, on Fulton Ave:

Hard to say...when looking at the map, it looks like Lot 23 is right across Rt 65 from Lot 22. We have to go past Lot 23 on Allegheny so it may be off Lincoln Ave or Western Ave. There are 3 lots in that block and I'm pretty sure it's one of those. Just look for the orange signs.

BEAT PITT

*UPDATE*

TG is correct...for once. This lot is off Fulton and Western. Ridge turns into Fulton around the bend and the lot is on the left.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&g ... 4&t=h&z=19

We can get there starting at 9 AM. Between $10-15. Whew!
