Sad to say it, but I am going to be missing this game. I think its the first(hopefully last) home game I will miss.

ACDC that same night in Columbus with the paps. Maybe Drumstix will give me text updates.

Things could be worse...

Well I have to admit I stopped caring when we lost to miami. Im glad sheehan called out the team and has played better in recent weeks.

Brandon gets a lot of negative comments around but atleast we havent fallen off the mountain like other teams. Our worst year was 4-8 and if you look at the "big dogs" Five years ago, Toledo and Miami, they both are not good teams right now. We have a shot at the MAC title this year... again.

I just have one suggestion for Coach Brandon if another O Coordinator leaves: Call your own plays for next year. Our teams are not talented enough to wait til mid-season for a new guy to learn how to call plays.
I hate toledo

Last night's game was truly a classic. Two very evenly matched teams playing a late season game with title implications. Wow...4 OT's. It was a shame someone had to lose. Akron never dies easily at the Rubber Bowl. Great way to see the place finish it's place in Akron history with a game like that.

Buffalo is a tough team..mentally and physically. They built a solid foundation and it's paying off. They will be ready, no question.
