Hey guys

Post by MobileBama »

I hope ya'll are doing well and I'm going to miss seeing every one this year. As usual, I'm helping out the Ball State fans (most probably think I'm nuts) Any way, I need your help if you don't mind. I'm setting up a BSU bar at Pat's, for them like we did last year. I posted the info on www.bsufans.com Can some of you please reply and let them know about the bar. I'm pretty sure some are skeptical about it and it would make them feel better hearing your experiences . I really appreciate it and I hope you and your families have a great holiday season and merry Christmas!!

Long time, no talk too....

Two Words: Brick Pit!

Two more words:

Beat Tulsa!
There is no other way to finish a season other than yelling at the top of your lungs among BG's players holding the Peace Pipe aloft!

Same here.

For the benefit of the Ball State fans:

First, if you are on the fence about going to Mobile -- go to Mobile. You'll have a great time. They treat you right down there. They even throw a parade. It really is a treat.

Also, leave at least one free day to run down to Gulf Shores. It's a heck of a beach, but it's about 60 to 90 minutes away from Mobile. I don't think many Falcon fans have picked up on this beach, but I'm going to carve out a full day for this if we are ever blessed with another opportunity to go to Mobile.

Now, the most important part of this post:

MobileBama can be trusted. His word is gold. If he says Ball State fans ought to meet at Pat's, then Ball State fans ought to meet at Pats.

I believe that's where we started out last year, on his advice. We had a good time. If y'all get bored with Pat's, its right on the main drag. Just go to another bar. There are options.

I can't emphaize this enough: Trust MobileBama. He is an excellent ambassador. He will go to great lengths -- great lengths -- to make sure that bowl visitors have a good time.

I'd say even more, but I don't want to embarass him. :-)

I think we're leaving out the biggest benefit of a trip to Mobile.

So very well said, SF. MobileBama is a great dude who will not steer you wrong. I can't wait to go to Mobile again some day as it's great to have a friend there.
