He is on in a second. But BGSU nailed down the #3 recruiting class in Ohio. Ohio State #1, Cincy #2, and BG #3. Ranked higher than OU, Miami, Akron, Kent, etc. Not too shabby for only a few weeks of recruiting.
Clawson was not on live, it was pre-recorded, as Clawson was talking at the Ohio High School Football Convention. Nice to see him talking at this! A good way for HS coaches to get to know Clawson.

Highlights:
previous staff recruited some good kids
Recruiting Cood did great job of keeps kids on line during coaching change
BCS schools came in late on some kids, held breath for the faxes to come
could see TE, FB and LB Freshman play - we're lite there (depth)
must go up against the best in our backyard - within 4 hours of campus
recruiting for 2010 started in January -must get on those JR's quickly
needs for 2010 OL, LB, WR's - lot of current SR's who will be gone
also secondary players
As GM mentioned - The State Of Bowling Green rated #3 in OHIO
and it's good he is speaking to High School Coaches in Cols. tonight !!
I see a great future for BG Football coming !!!

Re: forgot . . .
He's a legit player. Had the pleasure of seeing him play last season. Head and shoulders the best athlete on the field from what my untrained eyes could see.Falcon Commander wrote:Tim Moore, DB, 5-11, 185, Mentor, Ohio (Mentor)

Re: forgot . . .
What's even MORE interesting is that ONE of the "recruiting sites" (not sure which one) had him rated a ONE star...I wonder who was drunk in "ranking" the MAC teams as a whole as Rivals and Scout are Almost complete OPPOSITES of each other... someone once said these sites pay little, if any, attention to non-BS schools (not a typo)...guess they could be right.cph2133 wrote:He's a legit player.
