Temple

Hey, does anyone know why we don't play Temple this year but we play CMU and Ball State...thanks!

The MAC is off balance - 7 east teams, 6 west teams. 07 was the first year like that - they decided to have each team play every team in their own division, but in order to balance it out, some teams played 8 MAC games, some played 7. The MAC championship was CMU vs Miami - two teams that only played 7 MAC games. So they instead went to the new format - everybody plays 8 MAC games, just there will each year be two pairs of east teams who don't play each other (BG/Temple, Miami/Akron for the past two years). The solution is to either have somebody leave the MAC or invite a 14th member, like Temple, for football only.

Or we could just kick out Temple unless they agree to move basketball to the MAC too!!!
