Great Falcon win and it's always exciting to watch them on TV. I'll admit up front this is minor, but was it just me or did we have multiple colors of orange helmets on the field last night? Sheehan's helmet was almost red. Others seemed to be very faded orange. It almost seemed there were no two helmet the same color.
Great win nonetheless!

It's very difficult to get orange in anything. I think they should go with black helmets.

But yeah, I noticed the same thing. Kind of like the two different fonts we use for nameplates on jerseys. The helmets were really evident when they were celebrating the winning touchdown.

Re: Helmets
The different color helmets probably has to do with the different manufacturers. If everyone had the same style(manufacturer) helmet, they would be the same color.

This, and styles of helmets vary within brands. One style might be made of a different material which holds orange in its on unique way. Just throwin it out there as a possibility.Warthog wrote:The different color helmets probably has to do with the different manufacturers. Go back to the old black and white TV and you'll never know the difference.
With satellite or cable TV there is no need for that fancy High-Def model.

I proudly chose to be a Falcon and a Falcon I will remain until the end.
