Actually according to OTL, the 49ers should have $20 Mil in cap room. The cap is $82 Mil and they only have a payroll of $61. Now with the releases and all of the other things they have been hit with, that number could be greatly affected.

Keep in mind that you have to find somebody to trade with. Just because SF might want out of the first pick, there has to be a team that wants/needs to move up to that spot to get the player they want. If Butch Davis was still around, I would say the Browns would trade their #2 and #34 overall picks to get the #1. :roll: :x :cry:
