Players missing from this year's roster

After a quick glance at the roster on the spring prospectus, some names I was expecting to see but that didn't appear to be on there were:

Anyone have any news on any of them? I thought coach said something last year about Etheridge's career possibly being over because of a healthy issue.

Problem in Clawson land??

OL line took a hit and the OL Coach leaves. The whole line 2 deep will virtually be freshman.

Also, knee problems may play a role in this season with both Chip Robinson and Ben Bojcic has a history with that problem.

Very surprise the German boys left. Tim is huge.

As far as knee problems, Ben took a hit to a knee at Ball State and hurt his meniscus, required no surgery and returned three weeks later. And where do you get information on Chip...? He does not have knee problems. There is no "history."

Let's not stir up controversy on items in which you do not have facts.

Man, I sure hope so. He showed some serious potential but has basically missed two straight seasons due to injury. I think the only action he's seen in two years has been holding on some kicks in 2008. I'd love to see him put together a complete, injury free season.

Point of comparison - Corey Partridge only had one such season. 2008 was his only injury free season, and he had a hell of a good season. Hopefully Brighton can do something similar if given the same opportunity.

If you can call playing the entire season without a PCL in your knee an injury free season then you are correct.
