I just listened to DC on today's report. Not sure exactly what happened to him, but a tough loss.

Blade says he broke his foot. Torresso is now the starting LG.

Tonight at the football event (before the scrimmage, where we picked up our season tickets), Clawson had a question/answer session after he talked and introduced the captains and his coaches. I asked about injuries. He only mentioned Lewis and said they hope he is back in October.
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

That sux! Lewis has really come on the last year or so and worked his tail off for the starting spot. Torresso will need to step in BiG time.

Coach also said there was not a lot of difference in skill level between the two but it would hurt our depth.

The OL sure taken a hit since last season with the graduation losses, then the early departures of German and Stevens, and now this. Hopefully we'll have Lewis back by the MAC portion of the schedule.
