Clawson should have given a HOO-AH! at the end of the commercial
Look for the university to do more for veterans in the future.
We were named a Military Friendly School by GIJobs.com for the 2010-11 school year.
And we were ranked the #77 Best for Vets by Military Times EDGE.

The university created a new office to deal with nontraditional, transfer, adult learners, and veteran students. It is called Nontraditional and Transfer Student Services (www.bgsu.edu/ntss). We are located at 16 College Park. If you know of a veteran, a transfer student, adult learner, or someone who is thinking about returning to school and needs some assistance in dealing with how to start the process, send them to our office.

That is awesome!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."
~~USCHO Poster
"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Excellent...gonna be a fun night and right now the forecast is sunny and 63 during the day. I will have one extra ticket, if anyone wants it, and getting a hotel room for the night.

Mike,
Are you (or any other AZZer's for that matter), planning to tailgate in the usual spot? I'm bringing 3 friends along with me, and we'll just go eat in town if the tailgate deal is not feasible for the Miami game. Let me know with a PM or email if you'd prefer.

Great idea. We vets love free stuff. I guess I'll go to Memorial Hall and get my freebie with my 214 in the afternoon to avoid the lines at DLP.
If you see me, feel free to buy me a beer to honor my service. I would be humbled and proud to accept your generous offer.

Den,
Gonna be in the usual spot. I have the night off so I should be in BG no later than 4. Since I'll be flying solo, I am thinking of leaving the grill at home. Might just hit a drive thru on the way up. I guess I'll decide as the game gets closer.
GO FALCONS!!!!!

OK,
It's kind of what I anticipated...We'll probably eat in town...just have to pick out a place that the guys might like....
