Charles Sharon (Palatka, Fla) could have easily been mentioned too with his 61 receptions, 953 yards and his 13 TD receptions.

I think Bowling Green should use its money from the Bowl Games to start the Jacobs for Heisman campaign. I know the money will probably be spread within the AD, but with us getting money from the other 4 bowls we should use some of it to promote Jacobs. Us promoting Jacobs would get us more National attention, and probably more TV games, and hopefully more fans into the stands, increasing revenue, and basically then paying back the money used to start his Heisman campaign.

"QB Omar Jacobs So., Bowling Green, Delray Beach Atlantic, Ratio of 41 TD passes to four INTs best in NCAA history".

Wow....unreal. Best in NCAA HISTORY.

Although Shaun is from Canada, another record...
Shaun Suisham...most PAT's in NCAA HISTORY.

Hey freak, do you think Suisham would make the all-Canada team? I think he might be the starting strong safety as well as kicker for that team!

In flippling through the weekend sporting events I noticed that an annual all-star game called "The Villages" is being played this weekend. I think this is made up of college players from Florida, but maybe it is high schoolers???

Anyone know anything more about who can play in the game? Would be cool to see Omar in it some day.

The only reason I knew about this game is because Vincent Burns (DE) from UK is playing in the game this Saturday. OSU fans are also probably aware of the game since Tressel is supposed to coach the North team and four OSU players are also in the game. The MAC is represented quite well in this game too, but no BG players. There are players from Akron (2), CMU (1), Kent (1), Marshall (3), OU (1), and UCF (2) on the squads. The game is on at 11am this Saturday on ESPN2. I beleive anyone who enters the draft can play in this game. I would doubt Omar would ever play in this game, since only one first rounder has ever played in the game and that was Culpepper when this game first started up.

For more info on the game, here the link.
