It's my school, my team...I'm going because it's football and I fricking love watching football.
Effin eh. Well said, Flip. For those of you with no more interest in BG football, why do you still post in the football thread? Seriously, it's getting old. If you don't care about BG football, why waste your time talking about it? You want the No Fun League? Take it. And when the next lock out happens, have fun with it. The NFL is nothing more than the WWE on turf.

To each his/her own...BG is my team and always will be no matter what happens....

FALCONS FOREVER!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

I, too, am worried about the future of BG football. With all of the concussions and other head injuries, I am afraid that parents won't allow the children to participate in this great sport for fear of permanent injury that could affect their adulthood. This would lead to not having any players to recruit, thus rendering BG football, and all of fooball, obsolete. I'm afraid it will lead to a professional four square league, that, without football's revenue, BG will not be able to field a four square team to compete for a spot in the top 25 or a berth in the Four Square Bowl Championship Series and will have to resort playing Owens Community College. My god the future is unthinkable.
