Yeah, I know...they never give these awards to the Mid Majors but still. I'm still pissed Freddie Barnes was passed over back in 2009 for Golden Tate. THAT was a travesty.

Right on, Freak. Golden Taint might have been the better NFL prospect but that wasn't what the award was about. It was still fantastic and a minor miracle that he even got into the top 3 given the laziness of the sports media.
BTW, how is Freddie not in an NFL camp right now? Is his ability to separate really that bad? There are some God-awful receivers in the NFL and it's hard to fathom how Freddie can't get a shot.
