Look at that, Commissioner Steinbrecher actually did something useful for the conference.

The deal with Godaddy.com in Mobile expires in 2013 and needs to be reupped. That should be priority number one now. We also must get a foothold into some of the new bowl games that are getting organized.

I enjoy the MAC/Sun Belt match in the Go Daddy but not sure I would want two of our three bowls (if that bowl in Montgomery happens) to be vs. the Sun Belt. I like diverse bowl matchups, I wouldn't mind if CUSA or the AAC being the other opponent in either Mobile or Montgomery.

Also have heard there is talk of a bowl in Little Rock being started that the MAC may be involved in as well ( I think someone posted a story on that one here already somewhere). I haven't seen anything on the New Orleans Bowl locking up its participants yet for the 2014-2019 cycle, wouldn't mind seeing the MAC job in on that one.
