Of course would have to sit out a yr. whether coming here or any other FBS school..could be he has friends here. Don't we have a couple of kids from Dwyer?

Zack Azzani and Derek Lett are coaches at Tennessee. Might they be able to steer transfers?

If Dieter couldn't get a waiver last year to move back closer to family I'd doubt these two get waivers. But that's using logic and we know that the NCAA and logic don't always go hand in hand....

It doesn't seem like they should be able to but if they can I'm all for it. I'm skeptical of most transfers like these ever getting to the field so the sooner they start playing the better.

I believe Brown was a redshirt in 2013, then was injured early in spring practice this year. Wasn't Dieter trying to play the season after he saw game action? I still don't trust the NCAA with anything short of fitting their own head in their azz, but it seems like Brown has a legitimate case.
