CFN MAC Recruiting Rankings

Post by jmillerbg »

BG comes in at number 6. Nothing too earth shattering, but CFN mentions that BG appears to be building for the long term. I sure hope the coaches are thinking that way!

They have NIU as the "Recruiting Champs" this year in the MAC. Miami is all the way down at 11 (remember there are only 12 MAC teams now).

If memory serves, Miami didn't have a lot of scollies to dole out, so they probably ranked low just on sheer numbers.

It's hard to say what any of a these guys will be doing two years and a half years from now, i.e., it's what they can do on the field that will tell all. In past years I do know that BG recruits have been right up there near the top in MAC recruiting; tain't so this year. Losing a recruiting war to Kent/Akron has to be a first.
