What browser are running? I'm running chrome with Ad block enabled

I have IE (and no smart ass comments, please....), but Rick tried it with Firefox. Both resulted the same. Our credit cards were denied, but according to our bank...there isn't a problem with the cards.

Check those cards. You may end up with some fraudulent activity on them now. The "requirement" to pay is a scheme these sites toss up there or allow to be placed on their site.
