Going to be hard to beat when they go 6 for 6 in the red zone and 9 out 13 on third down conversions.

Well, I predicted we would score 60+ and break the school records for offensive yards and passing yards. Perhaps I should play the lottery!

This offense is a treat to watch and this game should be treated as the benchmark of what to meet each and every game. Defense played well, especially after Valdez was ejected, seemed to serve as a rallying point for the team. Mack's INT and the 4th down stop early in the 3rd quarter were huge plays they made.

November is shaping up to be an exciting month for this team...Ohio, Western, Toledo will all be excellent tests.

This game was an absolute clinic in how our style of football is supposed to win games. We got a couple stops to start the 3rd quarter and put up TDs to build a multiple score lead. This forced UMASS to try and pass even more to keep up and they couldn't keep up. And even better we had their defense so gassed our offensive possessions were like me playing Madden trying to decide who I want to get the stats and TDs. They had no chance whatsoever of stopping our offense when we wanted to score.

It makes for a LOOONG game, but it's a joy to watch a complete dismantling of a conference foe. If this team loses a game before the UT matchup I'll be pretty disappointed. We should be double digit favorites in every game to that point, and I hope Dino has the guys ready to roll on a weekly basis. This team has a chance to be something special here at BG, and I hope they can live up to that.
