It just goes to show how badly we screwed the pooch against UT. We flat out handled WMU at their place. WMU beat UT. No reason for us to screw up so badly at home.

I assume this means the third straight NIU/BG game. Big preview coming ...

I'm certainly not excited Toledo lost, I wanted another shot at them. But I'm not going to cry and be upset that they lost, I'm going to ridicule them for blowing their chance just like their fans would do if the roles were reserved. Plus the West can be that difficult to win, I mean if Central beats Eastern four of the six schools in the division will have "won" it

As Globe would say, can't we just worry about this season :-D

We beat WMU at their place...if we beat NIU on Fri that whole the west is so tough argument goes out the window. Looking at the personnel we return....I think we're going to be very tough to beat next year....but that's next year. Unlike Toledo, we're still on this year.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

3. I'm really disappointed....I think the MACC atmosphere would have been electric.

4. Western Michigan will be the best team in the MAC next year if Fleck doesn't leave, and they still may be even if he does.

1. We beat ourselves, in our house.

2. if winning the West is much more difficult, why has NIU won it 6 years in a row?

3. I am a bit disappointed too...that would have been a great scene at FF had terdledo won.

4. WMU had the best recruiting class in the MAC the last two years...and it shows. They are a damn good team and we beat them by 2 TD's...in their house.

Fleck is a clown. High school students get all excited over his energy and commit to going there, but I doubt that guy can coach worth a lick.
