traffic update for Ohio game
Hello , Ohio fan here. Would like to let you know that there will be a traffic problem for those coming to Athens Saturday for the game. U.S. rt. 33 on the southeast side of Columbus will have one lane in each direction closed from Friday night until Monday morning between Hamilton Rd. and Gender Rd. Finding an alternate route around this is suggested since there could be long delays. The distance this headache covers is about 5 miles. As long as the weather holds this road construction project is a go. I work on it and it keeps me from attending this weeks game as well as next week also. One possible way is to take I-70 east to Brice rd. Brice Rd. becomes Gender and the entrance to 33 will be east of the project. More information can be found on The Ohio Department of Transportation District 6 facebook page. Good luck this weekend. Please don't put it on us like you have recently.

Thanks Bobcatfan. I'm heading down this afternoon. Do you know WHEN the lane restrictions start? I would be on 33 about 4:30 this afternoon.

Thanks Bobcat. That's a big help, appreciate the heads up. I don't think you have to worry about this year resembling recent years in any waybobcatfan1954 wrote:Hello , Ohio fan here. I still remember that great trick play you ran against us in Athens during the 2012 game. Everyone was faked out by that.Beaker wrote:Thanks Bobcat. That's a big help, appreciate the heads up. I was at that game and if faked me out completely. I thought John Pettigrew was nailed in the backfield for a 8 yd loss and here Schilz throws a strike to Gallon.bobcatfan1954 wrote:I still remember that great trick play you ran against us in Athens during the 2012 game.
