A Great Black Swamp Trophy could be good.

Re: Trophies
This is pretty good. I was thinking a shovel, since that's what the European settlers used to drain the swamp. But a bullfrog is definitely more of a conversation piece. It's better.BGFan wrote:With a large bullfrog sitting on top of it!Schadenfreude wrote:A Great Black Swamp Trophy could be good.

OK...we could do a giant bullfrog fighting a bear....
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

Re: Trophies
What happened to the Peace Pipe? Is it in a trophy room in BG or Toledo?

Re: Trophies
Per Wikipedia: The original six-foot pipe was stolen from the University of Toledo's offices in 1969. A miniature replica and trophy, instituted in 1980, is now kept by Toledo since they won the last game to which the trophy applied, in 2010. (Both universities decided thereafter to go with a new trophy after conversations with American Indians about the trophy.)

Interesting direction...I foresee a certain degree of copyright issues....I like it though.

How about a giant bullfrog sitting on a map of NW Ohio taking a dump on Toledo?

Post of the day! Great stuff...Beaker wrote:I'm quite convinced that never beating Turdledo since this trophy came into existence is not an accident. Losing the game is preferable to taking possession of such a terrible trophy. To do this thing justice, the loser should be required to store the it until they win and earn the right to get rid of it.
