It's showing up very red on the computer I'm using right now -- definitely not the same shade as the orange used on this site, which shows up orange here.
(The brown on this site tends to turn to black here.)
I imagine at home it will straighten out. I bet if he picks the exact color of AZZ logo, we'll all be fine.
I took the logos from the www.bgsufalcons.com. If you look you will see that the new font/identity that were in the .pdf file are a bit more red than burnt orange. . . I obviously know/recognize the difference because if you note my banner below with the 2004 falcon football peeps I am using what I consider traditional falcon orange. I went with the redder orange for this graphic because I wanted to use the consistant color that the athletic department provided hehe....
I have that as a desktop wallpaper and thought it would also look cool on a t shirt. . .I need to start my t-shirt company- "burnt orange & seal brown" would be the name and I would have all kinds of cool falcon gear including doyt perry shirts and nate thurmond stuff as well. . .
I was wondering if you did that yourself. I also wonder if this darker orange will become the color. If you look at our football uniforms this season they are a bit darker than in previous years. Remember when the athlete-tech unis were shown and people felt they weren't the right color? I wonder if this is a purposeful switch or just the breaks. . .
I put the picture on the desktop computer in the lab here at UK. And almost instantly, I got a few comments on how cool of a background it is. I even had a few people recognize the classic BG logo and wonder what the other logo was.
