Dick McNutt is a hell of a name.
In all seriousness, I would be intrigued by most of these, although I think Coach Rekstis would not be a great hire from a PR standpoint. I'm also not convinced Sims would be a homerun hire, either.
If I had to rank a top 3, it would be:
1. McNutt
2. Watson
3. Dierson

Asst Secondary coach at YSU. I am hopeful that our secondary coach isn't the Asst secondary coach at YSU but I know that we are adding 2 guys so he makes sense.

I think it will be him or McNutt along with a guy who can coach the DL. Pelini worked with LB's before, McNutt/Marlowe handles the secondary, throw in a DL guy and the whole D get's the Pelini influence...or you might see a more experienced guy like McNutt paired with a younger CB coach. Eliano handled the safeties and Mickens the CB's...so our secondary staff is due for a complete overhaul.
Re Mickens..this is second more or less lateral move (Idaho to BG to Kent) he's only 30...but he needs to find a place where his career can get some loft
