Correct. Vance worked under Gregg Brandon in 2004.

Former Brandon assistant Steve Wilks was recently promoted to DC by the Carolina Panthers...Wikipedia says he coached secondary here in 2003 before leaving in 2004, so I think Vance Joseph replaced him as DB coach

Another former BG DB coach is now a head coach in the NFL. Steve Wilks taking over at Carolina. He was the DB coach during the 2003 campaign.
