I thought as a graduate transfer you're only allowed to play one season. I'm aware he still has two more years of eligibility left but as a graduate transfer generally you get one year. I thought with two years left of eligibility he would have to transfer, sit out a year, and then play two more years with in his graduate program.Tony4BG wrote:Pretty sure JMo is RS Soph. 5 years to play 4.
Year 1 - RS
Year 2 - RS Freshman
Year 3 - RS Soph
Year 4 & 5 - FIU grad transfer
And fwiw, the FIU boards are annointing him the next Tom Brady. They are saying he is a 4 star QB that was just placed in a bad offense with high school coaches.
Not sure exact rules but he definitely can play two seasons at FIU. I believe to be able to be a grad transfer, you have to have one season of eligibility left. He happens to have two left.
I’m hoping he wins the battle and gets to start against Miami Hurricanes.
