Oregon TV?

Post by Schadenfreude »

I'm seeing the Oregon game listed in the Pac-12 Network. I have DirectTV. I have this sinking feeling that I might not be able to see this game in my home with this cable provider.

Does anyone know of a pay-per-view workaround? I know that for some of the Bowling Green games carried on the SEC network, they were also on ESPN3. I'm unsure if that would be the case here, though.

The Pac-12 Network for sure does not have a deal with DirectTV in place.
I am wondering where to watch it as well, since most of the bars in BG use Direct for their college and NFL games???

I have Direct and they do not carry PAC-12. DISH, Spectrum and Comcast offer it if you can find a bar with those carriers. Sling TV also carries it and you might be able to watch it without any costs on a free trial if you prefer the comfort of your home.

Sling is your best bet. Some B-Dubs in the Toledo area may also have it if they use Buckeye as an alternate TV source. I know for a fact the one in Oregon has Buckeye as an option and is able to show PAC-12 Network.

For those of you with Spectrum, I have the Spectrum Silver package which does not include the PAC-12 network. The Spectrum Gold package does include it. I called Spectrum and added the PAC-12 Network along with other channels for $12 per month. After the game, I will cancel the upgrade. The game is on channel 396 PAC12(OR).

Sling is the worst of the streaming options.

They're the only streaming option that offers it, so beggars can't be choosers.

Anyone know about UVERSE? I see the channel listed, but don’t recall ever actually seeing a game broadcast. But then normally didn’t look for it either.

Nice tool here -- https://pac-12.com/getpac-12networks" target="_blank

Put in your zip code and it will give you your options for the PAC-12 Network.

Nice! Thanks for this. It's on U-Verse in Chicago so I'll call and hopefully have them add it for a "trial run" right before the game.

Interesting.. Ive got U-VERSE in CLE, just tried to see if I could get it via “chat person “.
She claims it’s not available here. I wasn’t subscribed to PAC12 channel, but it shows as ch1759 in CLE on menu.

Is there any chance that FS1 or TBS will pick this game up since Oregon is preseason 24?

I plan to sign up for the 7 day free trial of Fubo to see this game. Then I will cancel within that time. Just note you can only do this once.
