That would be an enormous risk. 1, as far as I know, USC has no OC. An OC wants to set his own staff. There would be no security. And 2, if you read the tea leaves the way I was, Kingsbury was USC's choice to replace Helton if he gets fired next year. There is little stability at USC and hasn't been since the days of Pete Carroll.
Now if Kingsbury is not offering Jinks, that is a classless move. Kingsbury brought Jinks all the way across the country. To leave and not bring Jinks with, and leave him in a position where there may not be a guaranteed job, that would be cold. So I hope that if Jinks is not at Arizona, it is because he chose to stay at USC rather than not had the option.

As a life long Bengals fan who acknowledges they are the worst run franchise in sports, Hue wouldn't surprise me in the least. The Brown family will hire whoever they think will lead to more money flowing into their pockets.
Despite the signs pointing to the fact that they may have FINALLY turned the thing around, I refuse to acknowledge any franchise is run more poorly than the Browns have been over the past decade or so. From the owner forcing draft picks, to firing coaches in one season, to having assistants provide power point presentations for why they want out of their contracts, to the GM being suspended for texting coaches during a game....
Sorry guys. If they back up this past year with another growth season and Mayfield & Freddie look legit, I'll gladly cede the title. BUt for the time being the Browns are still the worst run franchise in sports.

Let's just all come together and agree that the Midwest's NFL franchises are all terrible.

Buffalo, Detroit, and Cleveland seem to be especially bad. The Bengals are right there too, I suppose. They had a nice run of mediocre to slightly better under Marvin, but they never even won a playoff game. But the Bills last year snapped an 18 year playoff drought? The Browns haven't been in since '02. Lions are right there with the Bengals of late...not among the worst teams in the league, but still only 3 playoff appearances in the 2000s.
Would you believe, of this group, the last playoff victory was the Bills in 1995? Good god is that hard to imagine. From a region that loves its football too.
