has thrown his name into the transfer portal. As pointed out by orange and brown on twitter...Loeffler recruited him at VT when he was the OC. That alone is interesting, but...there's more intrigue beyond that. Jackson went to HS in Saline, MI...his dad Fred was an assistant coach at UM when Loeffler was there along with the other assistants Loeffler hired with ties to UM.

This definitely bears watching...

I don't think he bumps down to the MAC from a P5 school, but it's certainly intriguing.

He will have 2 years of eligibility left, and he's going to be all set to play right away as a grad transfer.
