I think if he is going to be less than 100% for the season, it's not a bad thought, but otherwise, he should be out there. It's not fair to anyone to make the team thinner than it already is.

And who seriously wants to break the news to Clair that he cannot play the rest of the year? That guy's positive attitude is infectious.

Loeffler. If not 100% healthy, why not? Look at Houston and those guys are healthy.

The obsession some ND fans have with Brian VanGorder is borderline creepy.

Two things with that...BVG's defense basically railroaded two promising ND seasons. Brian Kelly's biggest mistake while at ND. Knowing his past very well, I always have been very concerned about him as our d-coordinator on top of everything else we have going on with the program. Giving up the 62 to Kent is a classic example of a complex defense confusing OUR players and making the wrong pre-snap reads and being out of position.

Secondly, there is nothing positive or threatening about our program to discuss going into this game. This is the largest spread ND has had since 1989 when they were #1 playing home against SMU who just came off of the Death Penalty.

If BGSU gave up 62 points to a putrid Kent team, ND can basically do anything they want and our defense will be unable to stop them.

Been a ND fan since I was a little kid. Dad went there, as did sister and brother-in-law. My BIL is a biology professor and cancer researcher there so I am intimately familiar. Here's the official ND Gameday site which lists everything to do the entire weekend. Hope it will be helpful.

Even though I root for BG and ND... I'm a Falcon first and foremost so I'll say...

We are parking the RV in this lot which allows cars. $10 cheaper to park cars then the White lot.

Close to White lot and Shuttles.

I believe this will be an ugly game. I hope the bye week helps the team in future games as they iron out some issues on both sides of the ball. But no ironing out will help with the depth and talent imbalance.

I'm happy for the players as they'll get to tell stories of playing at Notre Dame for years. Anyone who gets a pick or a sack or a score will have a lifetime memory. But the best I can hope for is to beat the 45 point spread.

Long year and massive rebuild ahead.

The Bible (and Hoosiers)
And David put his hand in the bag and took out a stone and slung it. And it struck the Philistine on the head and he fell to the ground. Amen.
