Yes, they are coming out with new systems next year. Nintendo and Sony's systems will be bacwards compatible, but Microsoft will not have a backwards compatible system. So you can play GameCube games on the Revolution for Nintendo and PS2 games on the PS3, but no X-Box games on the X-box 2.

FWIW, I ordered the game from ebgames online, and I can pick it up at the store in Perrysburg on the 12th. That is the first day that the chain will have the games in this area.

I think it is released everywhere on the 12th...i have been on several retail sotres websites including meijer, wal-mart, target, best buy and media play and they all have the same date...also on easports.com when you pre-order, it says the game will be shipped on the 12th if you buy directly from them.

i just saw on gamespot.com that i releases on the 11th? i dont know if that means it just ships to the stores overnight on the 11th making it available tuesday?

Tuesday the 12th makes more sense to me since thats when DVD's CD's and games are normally released

sounds like a few stores might have it by Mon, but i bought a deposit for it at Best Buy and it said Wed, but it seems everyone on here thinks it will be in Best Buy Tue, which is what i was thinking it would be too and why i started this post!
