X canned football a few years back, and UD is d-1AA and they don't have any scholarships, and as such, they suck. Miami refused to schedule them. Too much of a cake walk.
I was just raising the question.

And I didn't mean for football. I meant in all other sports.

OH, sorry, I missed that part...

Sorry bout that! I still am not sure they would. X and sUCks would never agree to be in the same conference. (They take turns killing each other.) X and sUCks wouldn't want Miami in there.(Not competitive enough... what is it about 22 Men's BBall MAC championships don't they understand?) If you look at your conference, most of it is around the Nasti Nati, or near Cinci. Let's count... 1)sUCks 2)Xavier 3)Miami 4)Dayton that's 4 out of 13. Many of these schools wouldn't like being together. They also wouldn't see much benefit to jumping conference and forming a new one.

I think the MAC is shooting for WKU because they are afraid one or two schools are about to jump ship. Imagine that!

Oh, I wasn't trying to shoot down your idea, I kinda like it. Less driving for me! And it would be very competitive. Top notch conference. Wanna come up with names?

I just think it would never in a million years, or an order from the Great State of Ohio to do it. We all know how all powerful Ohio is.
