"reside in our own backyard".... but you couldn't get an interview with EITHER OF THEM!?!? Certainly he could have found something to recycle, even? Instead, its a Roethlisberger interview about them. Cheese-n-Rice, man, talk to the coaches, or SOMETHING!! :x

Also, I don't know if I'm big on the "I've been asked to call him and talk to him." line from Ben. I don't know what could be done about it, but this stinks a bit like a pro scout or an agent wanting to get into the head of a hot property for next year's draft. A) the attention should be focused on this fall, B) we don't need shady dealings in our program, at all.

Of course, that's just the suspicious part of me speaking, I guess it's entirely possible that one of BG's coaches might have had him talk to him about handling a season with that much attention or something.

Glad to see Big Ben can pass the M.A.C. torch on to these guys.

I guess Muselschwanz figured Chad Pennington and Byron Leftwitch had other things to do.

Stan Hill tried to pass it to the kid working at the Burger King drive-thru, but the pickles wouldn't fit through the speaker....

it could'v been some other miami alum asking rothelsomething to taint jacobs and bgsu to make te run at the MAC east less difficult.

but i doubt that. i think that it's great that omar is getting hype. and, frankly, being mentioned alongside roethlesberger and leftwich now, even in smaller circles, can pay big dividends as word spreads throughout the fall.
