You know, I don't know if anyone in the MAC is in a position to really improve defensively as BG is -- not even Miami who already have a really good defense. With the hire of Lovett and an alum like Durkin who is certainly a coaching up-and-comer, we could really make some strides in breaking the MAC sterotype of "all bark [offense] and no bite [defense]." Durkin's perspective alone will mean a TON to this program, and I am so, soooo happy he is here.Falconfreak90 wrote:Great stuff, Metz.
