Glad we got rid of him when we did. Did't see this coming. Although nothing is proven yet on whether Joseph did anything, this is something we just don't need around here. He appeared to be a very talented coach. I was bummed when he went to the 49'ers but I think wer'e definitly better off.

Both alleged events were believed to be consensual but were considered "probable or possible sexual harassment" under university policy, former school President Elizabeth Hoffman said in the deposition."(ESPN)
Also if you read the first article, he hasn't even been charged with anything, only that his name was included.
""There's no lawsuit against him," said Aaron Salkin, the team's public relations director. "There's no pending lawsuit against him. There's no charges against him." (Rockmt news)
And to throw the idea out there ( "stir the pot" if you will) if it was consesnual to begin with, can it then be harassment or misconduct. Because if you concede and yet make no mention that it was a quid pro qou situation then how were you harassed. It sounds to me like because the case has been dismissed they need to bring up some extra stuff to get it re-heard. that means new incidinces and new names, so even if at the time it was completely consensual, stories can change a year or two later
